Board Meetings
The WROA Board of Directors meets in regular session on the third Thursday of each month at the WR Fire Protection District meeting room at
7 Wilderness Way. These meetings begin at 6:00 PM and are open to all WR property owners and residents. Owners can attend the meetings via Zoom, and we will send a link to the meetings via
InstantWatch one week prior to each meeting. The links are also available on the Upcoming Events page of this website. However, that is dependent upon Internet service at the meeting room. There may be times when the internet service is not working and therefore owner virtual attendance may not be possible.
If you have a problem or complaint that you feel the Board of Directors should address, send a written explanation to the Board, attend a Board meeting to express your concern or complete the CC&R complaint form below. Please send to
board@wildernessranch.net.
Parking for the Board meetings is available in front of the meeting room at the Wilderness Ranch Fire Protection District facility. Please adhere to the No Parking signs near the equipment shed and Fire roll up doors to enable road maintenance equipment and emergency response vehicles to get where they need to go.
