Notice of Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the members of the Wilderness Ranch Owner’s Association, Inc. has been called for Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 7:30PM at the WR Meeting Room, 7 Wilderness Way, Boise, ID. Registration for the meeting will begin at 7:15PM.
The purposes of the Annual Meeting are to 1) elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors, each member to serve a two year term for the period July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014 and 2) to transact such other business as may properly come before the members.
The decisions made by the WROA Board of Directors affect each of our lives and our property values. Please take your ownership responsibility seriously and either send in your proxy or attend the meeting.
Notice of Openings on the WROA Board
Your WROA Board has five members, and each member is elected to serve a two year term. The term for three (3) Board members (Ali Nelson, Chuck Stamm and John Saucerman) expires on June 30, 2012. An election to fill these three positions on the Board will be held at the Annual Meeting of the members, which will take place on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, 7:30 p.m at the WR Meeting (the old WR Fire Meeting Hall), 7 Wilderness Way, Boise, Idaho. Each member elected will serve a two-year term for the period from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014.
If you would like to be placed on the ballot for one of the open positions, please notify either Chuck Culver at 344-2922 or Rachel Milby at 429-8013, or you can submit your responses to the following questions by email to rmilby1399@aol.com or captculver@earthlink.net. Questionnaire forms are available in the mail room.
1. How long have you lived on the Ranch?
2. Why have you decided to run for the WROA Board?
3. What qualities or qualifications do you have that you feel would enhance the effectiveness of the Board?
4. Have you attended any Board meetings?
5. What Ranch committees and/or community activities have you served on or participated in?
6. What specific issues/concerns do you have regarding the Ranch, and what would you do to address them?
Your responses will be included in the the ballot package that will be mailed to all owners and postmarked by May 28, 2012.
Please submit your responses no later than midnight on Sunday, May 20, 2012.
